SBIR Advance Workshops
Join us on Tuesday, January 22, for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Advance, an in-depth program that covers all aspects of writing a winning grant proposal. Focused on, but not limited to, the National Institute of Health (NIH), the program provides life sciences entrepreneurs and early stage research and development companies with application strategy advice. Proposal writing workshops and one-on-one consultations with SBIR experts provide scientific and editorial review of your application. The Need for Energy Independence
Join us on Wednesday, January 23, to learn how the end of foreign oil dependency could benefit US national security and the environment from Jim Woolsey, former Central Intelligence Agency Director under President Clinton. Woolsey, who also served in other positions under Presidents Carter, Reagan and Bush (41), is one of the most outspoken advocates for energy independence. Woolsey, whose farmhouse is run by solar power, has traveled throughout the country educating audiences on the desperate need to end energy dependence by utilizing renewable fuels.
